“Would still stay again”

We realize it's under renovation, but no excuse for poor service. Room was OK (my father's room & corridors smelled of cigarettes). Lights not plugged in, only half of outlets worked. On hands & knees. Stayed 3 days, room cleaned twice (I think), clean towels left only once. All 3 days room cards did not work when we returned to room that night. Not ONCE during any of these instances did desk clerk(s) or housekeeping say "sorry for your inconvenience" or anything like that. Only the woman cleaning the doors & windows asked "May I help you?". Outside doors are not locked at night, luggage carts are obviously used to transport drywall, dogs barking all night. Given the room rate, we would still stay here again, but when the renovation is complete (It will look nice, BTW), I'm certain rates will go up & I would expect Ramada's usual customer service. There's just no excuse for such indifferent service.
