“Worst Motel Ever”

This was hands down the worst motel in which I have ever stayed. The room itself was old and run down, the bathroom was filthy and the tub was nasty. I took pictures that I am going to send to the corporate office along with a letter. The pillows on the bed were not even full size pillows but more the size you would use for a throw pillow. They were all in very bad shape, in fact, had they belonged to me I would have thrown them out. I can't even describe how horrible the mattress was. The TV was old and was supposed to be equipped with basic cable. There were only two stations that came in clearly. The toliet wouldn't flush properly from the minute we checked in, we immediately reported it but when we checked out it had still never been fixed. The front desk clerk was not only rude, she snatched paperwork out of my hand before I could even answer her question. Also, when returning to our room one night, we had to empty our own garbage. The room had not only not been cleaned up, I had to go to the front desk when we returned at midnight and get soap, towels/washcloths, toliet paper and cups. This Ramada did not even have a microwave nor a fridge. To make matters worse, there were several of us staying there on a business trip for the same organization and ALL of their rooms were the same way. Some even had to relocate rooms they were so bad. The employees at this motel have apparently never been trained to provide customer service, especially the desk clerk. She was the most rude person I have ever encounted when trying to check in to a hotel/motel. I will never stay in this Ramada again.
