“Rude Staff Member”

We checked in the night before our flight out of the country for vacation with our two children. We signed up for shuttle to take us to the airport in the morning. The people at the desk said to arrive 10 minutes before scheduled time for shuttle pick up to let driver know you're there. My wife and I went down about 20 minutes early placed bags outside and told driver we were going back up to get our kids and be right back down. We came back to lobby about 5 minutes before the shuttle was "supposed to leave", and it was gone. We went back in and asked what happened and the lady working the desk said " he leaves at 6". It wasn't even that time yet and we explained that we had already talked to him and said we were coming right back. She said " Oh well". My wife asked for a number to a cab and the lady just blurted one out without having anything to write it on. Once my wife got her phone and dialed the number, she asked for the address of the hotel and the lady behind desk said that there was a business card up there. Like she was put out to give the address. I asked her why she was so rude about things and she said it wasn't her problem with the shuttle. I will never stay here again. I am a Wyndham Rewards member and I have also sent them a letter.We also had horrible experience when we arrived back in country and tried to catch the shuttle back to hotel to get our car. We were told it ran every hour on the hour. After waiting 1 1/2 hours and calling 3 times for a pick up, we finally got picked up from airport.
