Our stay at your hotel was very average. The rooms were clean, but the service at the front desk needs to be worked on. When we arrived there was no one present for 10 minutes to check us in. When he finally came back from break he offered no apology. We weren't able to print off boarding passes for our flight even though there was a computer present and no signs posted that said we couldn't? When we ask the lady at the front desk became irritated and afraid and even mentioned that the owner was around and they won't allow them to. In the 21st century folks still have to be afraid of losing their jobs???? When we checked out it took the lady 5 to 7 minutes to print our receipts due to the printer kept getting jammed. Just various customer service issues kept us from being able to rate higher?? Not sure if BJ's is associated with hotel, but my breakfast was ok????
