Hello Deanna,Thank you for taking the time to write about your stay with Ramada. Yes we have a nice playground for children, an outdoor heated swimming pools & a jacuzzi. We are sorry to hear that you had problems at the beginning of your stay. We would have liked to havehad the opportunity to correct the problems for you while you were still here. It sounds like you were here when we had young kids visiting from overseas. We sorry about how these children behaved. We took it up with their chaperons when we were told about their behavior. When you visit with us again please let us know what happened when you were here and we will see to making sure that you don't have the same experience. The General Manger had spoken with the housekeeping department to make sure they all do a better job for all the guest all the time. This is the reason why we ask how our guest stay has been and ask for you to write reviews. We learn what area needs to improve and what we can do to make it better. Hi Danny,Yes we had a group of children from overseas that behaved poorly while here. We spoke to their chaperons when it was brought to our attnetion. We are sorry you had to experience this problem. We have replace and fixed the problems out by the pool. We do our best to enforce our "non smoking" policy with fines from $50 for first offense and goes up from there, but some people just have no consideration for others. We would like you to give us an opportunity to host you again. When re booking please mention this to us. Ramada looks forward to hosting you again. « hide

HI NWe are so sorry you feel we had failed you. We have been working on correcting the way Ramada is seen. Ramada is an older hotel and we have been doing what we can to make improvements and we won't stop. We are always redoing and correcting what is wrong. Denny's do have healthy choices on their menues for those who like to eat healthier. Again we are sorry that you didn't find anything to your liking. The reason for the key card ads is to help promote our local businesses as well. When your in a small town like Titusville you do what you can for the local businesses in the area. Hello Sarah,Thank you for your review. Yes Ramada is an older hotel and yes they did have smoking rooms but we have become a non smoking hotel. We have been doing our best to make sure guest do not smoke in our rooms anymoe. We have a policy and we have fined people who have smoke in the rooms. But there are some people who don't have consideration for others and smoke anyway. We have been upgrading and improving Ramada all the time. We try different products to see which is better. Yes the one product we did try new to use on the floors did make it sticky but we no longer use it for that reason. We are trying something new now and so far it seems to be working well. We do hope that when you return to Titusville you choose to stay with us again. Thank you again for your review. It's because of guest like you helps us improve. « hide

And we we are close to all the attractions too. The rates are very affordable and with today's economy what else could you ask for. Hello Mario,Thank you for your review. We do our best at Ramada to make sure that the rooms are neat, clean & comfortable. If we don't feel like we can put our own family in them we don't expect you to. The rugs are vaccum on a daily basis unless we have stay overs and are asked not to. But once our guest check out the rooms are stripped and clean. We have been triying different products to see which is better to clean the floors. There was a product that we found out as you did for some reason made the floors sticky. We stop using it when management was told about it. The shower knobs I must agree with you are hard to pull out to get it on. It is the same thing in our homes I found out when I moved to Florida. I thought I was gong to pull it right out of the wall. I just want to let you know that it wasn't just Ramada. I've been down here nearly 3 years and still not use to it. Yes you get a voucher for breakfast but being here as long as you were you should have been told that you could have used it as a discount towards something else. I wish this was brought to your attention while you were here. This has been brought to the attention of management as well. We hope you come and stay with Ramada the next time you are in Titusville.
