“BAIT AND SWITCH”

On June 24,2013 after looking online and getting a great rate for my family's vacation I booked our hotel stay at the Ramada. I would have never thought that I would be swindled out of my money and have our vaation ruined. When we planned our vacation we made sure to stay within a set budget for everything.With tha being said we had no choice after we got there to stay because there was no way to find a room at the last minute for the same rate to stay within our budget. The following are all the things that are wrong with the hotel room that we stayed in along with the service that was given. 1. Room was nothing like what is shown online.It was like somehting that was stck in the 90's. 2. Room was dirty meaning not clean at all. 3. Our room keys did not work at all and we had to have someone let us in our room everytime we needed to get in. 4.Housekeeping took off the dirty sheets and replaced with more dirty sheets. How do i know this is because the new set that put on had a stain on them. 5. When the room was cleaned the dirty towels was left in the room on the floor where I placed them before we left out. 6. Asked to speak with a Manager regarding our stay and was told that information cannot be given out. 7. No refrigerator or microwave in the room as advertised. Called the front desk and told them abuot this and was told they will have one sent up after it is removed from another room. My fiance is diabetic and it is imperative that I have these things for his insulin to be stored and for my children to their drinks as well. One of the reasons I booked in the first place. 8. Water tempature was lukewarm and the water pressure was horrible.Not to mention the mold that is growing under the bath mat in the tub and the water damage under the sink in the room. 9. Air conditioning did not work properly and was so loud when it did turn on. Our room was hot and humid. I am very appalled not only at the bait and swtich concept that Ramada is using,but also the customer service in thinking that treating people like this is acceptable. I will never stay at a Ramada again in my life.
