Dear Guest,Thank you for choosing us once again for your lodging needs last Christmas. I am indeed sorry that we failed to provide hot water for the days you have mentioned. Plumbing problem just happens & never gives notice. But we have learnt our lesson & have kept one assembly as a spare now to avoid such an eventuality in future. The part was not available in Tampa & had to come from Atlanta, Georgia. The holidays made us helpless. Now we have that part as a spare & hopefully you will have better stay next Christmas with us. Dear Guest,Thank you for choosing Ramada Inn, Tampa North for your stay. All my colleagues join me to thank you for the review. It is indeed unfortunate that a pair of your shoes were found missing. The housekeeping Supervisor working that Sunday left the same secured in a room & was not on schedule for three days. When I read the review, I renewed existing instructions. Following day she read the memo, brought the shoes & apologized for not turning over immediately. That person is with me over 13 years & understands the difference between right & wrong & would not do wrong. We have in last few years returned cash & jewelry not even claimed by guests. The Hotel receied a letter from the one Police Officer from Canada for return of $500.00 in cash, his daughter did not know she forgot at the Hotel. Any how, I have returned the shoes to the guest & I once again regret the lapse on the part of the Hotel for not following through right away.
