With all the amenities that we offer for an excellent value makes the Ramada a perfect choice for corporate and leisure travellers alike. Furthermore, we have made notes of the area's which needs attention but I am very proud to infrom you that we are planning to give a major uplift and make several changes such as carpeting, air conditioners etc. We have also revcently changed all the furnishing in all the guest rooms and are making an effort to change all televisions in the near future. Dear Guest,Thank you for your comments. Please accept my apology regarding your stay with us. I am very unhappy to hear that you had an ant in your room during your stay. I must inform you that this must have happened due to the outdoor entrance to your room. I do understand your concern but must assure you that all rooms are checked everyday before being rented to our valued guest and must have definately been a slip off on our path. We take extra extra care to avoid such instances due to outdoor entrance and also have retained a nationally known company to make sure that this is never repeats to any of our valued guest in the future. Furthermore, as you know we go above and beyond to make sure that our guest experience the excellent service that you mentioned in your comment and also assure you that your concerns are taken very seriously and the problems have been corrected. Dear Sir or Madame,I appreciate your feedback but must respectfully defer with you as we do carry an extended breakfast offering variety of different items such as Cereal, Eggs, Bacon or Sausage, two kind of fruits, danish, muffins, toast, butter, jelly and much more. We offer free breakfast to all our guest during their stay with us.
