“NAFEM”; Feb 11, 2013 Trecia T, Monroe; The room smelled horrible. I had to be moved to another room. The upgrade was only satisfactory. The phone did not initially work. The TV picture was grainy and I received a 6:00 AM wake up call that I had not even ordered. I will not stay at this hotel again.
