“dirty dirty”

We were able to check in early so that was great, we took our bags to the room and freshened up and went on our a a adventures. Later that night we returned, approximitly midnight . I fell asleep and about a half hour later my husband Wales up and shows me a bug of some sort stuck to his arm. We look at th rest of the bed and noticed various dirty spots and stains. we requested another room and we were granted another room however that room was filthier than the first. there were love stains all over the comforter so we checked out that same night approximately 1 in the morning and I'm still trying to get my money back. the manager still wants to charge me a cleaning fee even though the room was dirty when we got it. I did agree to pay a small amount just to cover our showers an hours that we had occupied the room with our luggage. Worst experience ever
