“Our stay in Ramada Lakeland, Dec 2012”

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights from Dec 23 to 28 in Room 307. It was a nice hotel and initially it was ok but afterwards we experienced the ff: 1. we booked for 3 people but when we got in our rooms, we only have 2 towels so we had to request for an extra towel.2. shower knob is too tight I had difficulty on my first showering, my wife had to ask me all the time she takes showers to pull the knob for her3. the rooms were not cleaned after our first night. We had to request front desk the next day to remind housekeeping to empty the garbage, vacuum carpet and fix the bed covers4. housekeeping took our towels before we showered after our 3rd night and were not replaced. We had to ask the front desk to send replacement towels5. room temperature was either too cold or too hot. The hot temperature gave me a headache the following morning6. pillows are not comfy, they give you a stiff neck and probably a reason for me having a headache7. rooms were not cleaned on our 4th day. We left the following day, and we did not bother to remind the front desk as this seems to be a re-occuring experience with housekeeping not cleaning regularly if they finish their shift
