“Get it together”

Perfect location for the Thanksgiving family trip. Upon arrival, the wi-fi did not work. Several excuses but no wi-fi for three days. The bathroom floor was in need of mopping. When the floor mat for the shower was placed on the floor, you left dirt foot prints on it. There was trash(empty water bottles, chip bag) under the furniture. Along the edge of the bed it didn't look like it had been vacuumed in ages. There was grape stems and other small trash items that seemed as if they were just pushed with the vacuum. On my third day they got the wi-fi working but when we got back to the room, the door would not open. The lock had failed. I went to the front desk for assistance and they reprogrammed my cards. Went back to the room and cards still did not work. Went back to desk, the Front Desk Manager made me new cards and walked back to my room with me. The lock worked this time. The next day my son and I returned to the room to retrieve some items and the door was being worked on. I was advised the cleaning staff could not get in and reported the problem. After an hour the door was opened and we were told we needed to change rooms because of the broken lock. We moved all of our stuff to the room next door and left. The staff was always helpful and apologetic for the problems. I think this Ramada could use a lot of care and upkeep. I spend 70-90 nights a year in hotels and motels and this one would rate at the very bottom of my acceptable list. As convenient as the location is, I will drive further and spend more if needed to stay at an alternate location. There are lots of places to stay with in a 20-30 minute drive.
