“disappointing”

My wife and I stayed at Ramada Main Gate. On the plus side, the location for Disney and many other attractions was great, the check in personnel were friendly and it had what appeared to be a nice pool, though we didn't use it. The general appearance of the property was rundown. The flooring tiles were loose and moved when one stepped on them, the furniture in the room was shabby and needed replacing. The hot water in the shower didn't work, so we had a choice between no shower or a cold one. Worse, I saw a few small black bugs on the wall near the bed. I'd not stay there again unless the place did a total revamp. I informed the front desk at check out about the problems we encountered and they did remove a $10 room charge from our bill. I did email Ramada to ask for a full refund but have not heard a thing back from Ramada. Note: this is the first time ever I have asked for a full refund of a hotel stay.
