“Okay for the cost”

The pool had so much chlorine in it that it caused slight chemical burns on my kids, the bathroom had tiny ants crawling around the countertop, the sink in bathroom leaked, the staff wasn't very friendly, they weren't rude either though. The sign in the room say if you hang your towels up we won't replace them, if you want new towels leave them on the floor which is part of them being environmental friendly, but I hung all the towels up everyday and they still gave us new towels and new bed sheets everyday. There was no garbage bags in any of the trash cans. There was smuckers frozen PB&J wrapper behind the tv stand when we arrived and it was still there when we left, makes you wonder how well they clean the rooms. However I only paid 130.00 for 3 nights including the resort fee and using my rewards points from my credit card. The check in and check out process took a long time to do. I choose this hotel for its location to Disney which was very accessible from here. When scheduling my reservation I asked about shuttle service was informed yes they offered it but when I inquired about it at check in they only offered it to Epcot they dropped you off at 11am and picked you up at 8pm. There was another shuttle as well to Universal Studios. The Tiki Bar was very reasonable in price and the chicken tenders were very good and the serving size was exceptional. The restaurant buffett was ok, I have had better and with better service. All three mornings we ate there because we had free vouchers and they ran out of silverware all three mornings and it appeared they didnt have enough staff members to keep the flow up customers moving and the food replaced on the bar.
