“Disappointed”

Me and my family have been staying at this hotel for the last couple years every time we come to Orlando. This year the experience was not the best, in our last day the room was not touch, we got back from been all day out in the parks to find our room the same way we left it when we left in the morning, with the exception of towels. We have 2 different rooms and the other one was having the same situation, I call front desk and the service was even worse, the lady on the phone keep repeating.... You are checking out tomorrow right? I will send some towels to your room, basically I feel like she was saying what is the big deal if you are checking out tomorrow. She didn't offer to send somebody to pick up the trash, or ask if we needed our beds change. At the time of our check out I ask to talk to a manager, who was very polite and he apologized to us. While our check out process we listen to another guest complaining about internet service, and many other issues him an his family had during their stay (including something been stolen from their room).
