“Woops you failed !!!!!!!!”

- I was really dissapointed, espicially being a Ramada Inn. The first room the keys didn't work, moved to another room, aircondition didn't work, the third room freshly painted, had to just give up and stayed in the room already late. Customer service was OK, the night Manager help at lot, morning customer service was outstanding.
