Ramada Hollywood Downtown

Hello BakVA from VirginiaLet me start by saying I am sorry your time with us was not all it should have been. My team and I strive to provide our guests with safe, clean and comfortable accommodations with a touch of fun whether you are here for business or pleasure. I have searched our records for indications of the problems you encountered. I could not find any reporting of your experiences. I can say however that we do have some rooms designated for smoking. These rooms will have remaining scents in varying degrees from the cigarettes that were smoked. Our hotel stays busy 95% of the time and I can only assume from your description that you were staying in a smoking designated room. If you do not smoke you will notice the cigarette scent. Had we have known you were not happy with your room we would have done everything possible to change you to a room that was more to your liking. Had we have known you floor was not what it should have been we would have taken care of you and your family right away by either changing your room or re-cleaning the floor. Hello Joseph D of Orlando,Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to be your lodging provider while here in Hollywood, Florida.Our goal at the Ramada Downtown Hollywood is to provide our guests with safe, clean, comfortable accommodations with a touch of fun. I am sorry we did not meet our goals during your stay with us. We are an outside corridor hotel. My team and myself as well as other outside corridor hotels are challenged with keeping the facility free from blowing debris and the elements of nature. We have team members that are responsible for cleaning the common areas and maintaining them throughout the day.Constant updates and upgrades are taking place at our hotel. We have recently changed our televisions and our channels to High Definition. We have also changed our bedding to a newer modern look. We also provide free WiFi in all rooms as well as the common areas.We are also in the process of changing the area around the pool and we have built a wood deck with a veranda on our 4th floor patio.I am sorry you did not enjoy our Continental Breakfast. We exceed the minimum standards the Ramada has set. We have a variety of breads, bagels, pastries, cereals, yogurts, juices, fruits etc. as well as 2 hot items daily 1 that changes such as french toast stix, pancakes, eggs and biscuits, waffles and we have hard boiled eggs everyday.Once again my sincerest apologies,Daniel Angress GMRamada Downtown Hollywood « hide
