“Very disappointed in solving problems”

Checkedin on the 14th of October, check in staff was wonderful. Sleep well the first night. Second night upstairs guest had domestic thru microwave at room mate. Police came and arrested the fool. The second night when we returned from a long day. Room cleaned but no coffee in room. Called front desk. Coffee brought up. We notice tolet leaking on floor as wellas wash sink. After made left I removed my shoes and socks an while walking around the room I noticed the floor was damp. I had not noticed before this because I was wearing shoes. I looked at the bottom of my feet nd they were black with blck flirt. Floor was never cleaned or it was mold. Icalled the front desk and they sent someone to check and said they would report it. The first change I got I checked on the wet dirty situation. The desk man changed my room.. I did not request any adjustment to the bill because the other desk man was talking with a gruntled guest about his room. I figured I would check that out at check out time if I stayed. My new room was ok. Still dirty floors, but I put towels down on the floor. I stayed 9 days or so. During my first night in the first room my coffee pot switch went pop. They replaced my coffee pot. When I checked out I was looking at my bill and noticed the stupid way of billing. Changing the numbers around. As I was asking about that I asked if I could have a adjustment on my bill for the dirty floor. For two days etc. desk man had to ask the manage. The manager said no adjustment to take it up with his supervisor. I said what good is a manager. I am disappointed with this ramada. For three reasons.. They rented room. 412 to some other fool without checking for mold and not cleaning the rugs. The admitted of management. And the un cleanliness of the rugs. I have stayed at armada many times.. I have family in Hollywood. And I will advise them when family comes to visit. To avoid this ramada. Thank you. William cornacchione
