“I know that it usually isn't too cold in Miami but the heaters in the rooms should work.”

- The heater in the room did not put out any heat. I had to use the blankets from both beds and it was still too cold to get a good night sleep. When I spoke to the desk clerk the next day she said that it must have been a problem hotel wide. This seems odd to me since I believe that each room has an individual heater/air conditioner. I don't know why the problem was so wide spread. We should have been offered a discount or partial refund on the stay. I expected better from a chain that attempts to make money by building customer loyalty.
