“Bad hotel, Bad service, Horrible hotel manager”

Every time we left the hotel, we had to reset the room keys. Hallways need new carpet and a different air freshness smell. Shower heads don't work properly, stainless steel bar inside shower is horrible, kept hitting elbow, there is no exhaust fan in bathroom, the beds are full size not queen size like it is stated,the pool didn't have enough chlorine and it wasn't cleaned daily, on one trip to reset my key I was waiting in line, then a guy arrives on the side and this women at the front desk resets his key before mine. Which makes me mad and I tell her if I was invisible and she tells me, if I want to check out. Which makes me even more mad and I let the hotel manager know what happened, then he calls back and says he just had a talk with her and everything is going to be alright, he doesn't even offer us a free nights stay or even a free breakfast,even after we told him we had been there for 5 days!!!!!,,,,,,the only light at the tunnel was when we were checking out early, Ralph at the front desk, who did an excellent job, helping us check out, the hotel needs more-people like Ralph R.!!!!!
