“this was one of the worst hotel stay I ever had. There was...”

this was one of the worst hotel stay I ever had. There was a huge snow storm here on ct ,the governor shut down all roads but your hotel was persistent on us checking out with no where to go. There was 3 feet of snow in the parking lot with nothing plowed so I'm clueless to where they wanted us to go. THEN the over charge me by $100 which froze up my funds for 4 days. I missed time from work talking to both the hotel and my bank to correct their error. The general manager Mark was very rude and made me feel like it was my fault and there was nothing he could do to help me. This company really put me in a bind but no one seemed to care. I have a vacation coming up and hope I don't have to deal with this again.
