“Below Average”

I have a lot of experience in public service, which includes food service. If you are in the Hotel service business, you just cannot serve un-chilled juices uncovered. The eating area was very much unkept. The milk was not on ice, and the butter was not on ice. Why?? This Hotel did not serve eggs in any form. Why?? I called the Hotel two times before my arrival for a Microwave, and Refrigerator, but when I got there I was told there was none in the room assigned to me. Why??? They said that they have a Refrigerator at the desk, and gave it to me to take to the room. What kind of service was that??? If I was an old Lady, I would have been without the refrigerator. Where was the Maintenance man?? I have been using Hotels for many years, and this was the worse Hotel experience. This was my first and last time using a Ramada Hotel. I should have called the Health Department. This is a Christian Country, but where was the Christian TV programming? This is not good!!!
