Thank you for kind words regarding our property, I will be sure to pass them along to staff. I am sorry about the delay in the return of funds to debit-card account. Our front desk releases the hold upon check out, but the time it takes to credit the account varies from bank to bank. I doubt that this provides much comfort, but we will work with guests to expedite this to the extent that we can. I do hope that this does not deter you from staying with us in the future, and we look forward to serving you in the future. « hide

I am sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your stay with us, but we take our guest reviews seriously. We will have our Maintenance Supervisor check the bathroom vanity light for any irregularities. Half of our first floor rooms have an exterior door allowing access to the outdoor pool and courtyard in good weather. I completely agree with safety issue surrounding this door and will address it with our Executive Housekeeper. Thank you for your comments and we hope to see you in the future. « hide

Thank you for selecting the Ramada Newark Delaware during you recent visit to the area. We at the Ramada Newark take the report of possible bed bugs very seriously. Upon reading your review, our Head Maintenance Supervisor and our Executive Housekeeper immediately stripped the room and removed the bed & bed linens. However, no signs of bed bugs were found in room 153. We did take every precaution and the room was treated by our pest control company regardless of our findings. It is feedback like yours that allows us to continue improving our service. We sympathize with you regarding your experience and hope that in the future this does not deter you from staying with us again. « hide
