“Disappointing..”

I booked this hotel months ago for the Firefly Festival in Dover, and even though it was 45 minutes away, I have had good experience with Ramada in the past, so I went with them. The rooms cost me $248 each (2 rooms). The initial check in went fine and the desk personnel were friendly, but when we returned to our room after being gone all day (around 6 PM)..neither of our rooms had been cleaned. No beds made, dirty linen, no fresh towels. To make matters worse, when I called the front desk and without being rude, explained the situation, I was told "feel free to come down and grab some towels." Really?? Not even a "We are sorry, our cleaning people are gone but we will get some fresh towels up to you." To me that is unprofessional, especially for the amount of money that I paid. Also, there was a motorcycle club of some sort staying at the hotel, which is fine, but not when they come roaring in at 4 AM and then spend the next 2 hours yelling and laughing right outside my daughters window. I may stay at a Ramada in the future..maybe..but certainly not that one. I truly believe that I should be refunded all or part of what I was charged.
