“Un happy”

During my stay at the Ramada Inn I was so unhappy with the fact that when I Booked my reservation I got a confermation number and stated how much the stay would be. However it did not pay the actual price it just reserved my room. I need up having to pay for the room in a means I didn't anticipate. As well as the Internet services was awful. I could get log onto the inter net for the fire five hours of my stay and ended up having to personally take to the Internet provided to get my computer on the I get net. As well as I walked on the floors with no shoes on and the bottoms of my feet were black as if I had been walking outside on the streets. Over all I am very dissatisfied. Oh and when we tried to get the room paid for on the card it had originally been intended for, it took the staff a day and a half to just send the proper forms. And the room smell like straigh cleaner, like I was over used. It was very overwhelming. I had to open a windo to get fresh air.
