“The forgotten building”

my stay at the Ramada Inn in Toms River NJ was horrible, i accidently booked a smoking room so i asked if i could change i was told no that was the way i booked it. The women who waited on me was very rude, o also asked for roll away bed they did not have that either. The next day i complained about cigarrette butts outside and trash also that hallway was dirty with ashes and cig arrete butts, inever got any response from the rude girl from behind desk, i alsotold her that carpet was nasty and had stains all over it again no response, the women across the hall partied and was loud for 2 nights when i complained about that i was finally told that somthing was being done about it. no elevators and we were on second floor, only room service in main hotel. I feel that teh building in the back was forgotten about and i will never stay there again or will i recommend that place to anyone, i also will be writing a letter tothe corporate office, you people should be ashamed of yourself
