“Disappointing”

The new rooms were made 'on the cheap'. Walking in the fabric ceilings and headboards were dirty and broken, the trendy window covering was loosley attached, the bthrm fan did not work, the barnyard style sliding bthrm door weighed a ton and it was very difficult to open and close...and I am young and fit!There was NO hot water for a morning shower and I had a major presentation to do at a conference. I was not happy.Time is of the essence during business trips...having to go up to the floor to be locked out of the room and back downtairs to wait in a line to get my card reactivated was frustrating.There was no information at main desk to let customers know that taxis should be booked ahead of time to go to airport due to size of comunity and we almost missed our flight.housekeeping left dirty glasses in room 2 days in row and did not make-the-bed on one of the queen beds on one day.The desk staff were amazingly nice and professional! My only good thing to say.
