“This place is under remodeling, so had a few...”

This place is under remodeling, so had a few inconveniences. We checked in and got our keys. Upon arriving at our room and inserting the key, the green light came on but the door would not open. So we were assigned to a different room. The room was satisfactory. However, we were disappointed to find only enough coffee for 2 cups--one regular and one decaf. Neither my wife nor I drink decaf, so I went down to the front desk to get more regular only to be told that they didn't have any. Hate decaf! We had to use the stairs the whole time as the front elevator was out of service. We were on the 3rd floor, quite a climb for seniors. We were looking forward to using the hot tub only to find out it was out of order for some reason. The pool is small and only 3 feet deep, so didn't use it either. They collected our dirty towels and failed to leave any clean ones which wasn't discovered until getting out of the shower. We called for some fresh towels which were delivered shortly after. There was a barking dog and a lady screaming running up and down the hall in the middle of one night.. Other than that--well, at least we were out of the weather. On a positive note--the included breakfasts were great!! I understand the hotel is under renovation, so we can accept some of this. You asked for a review, so you got it.
