Yes, we will be remodeling soon. The hotel is older, but does keep clean with the help of our housekeeping staff. I am glad that you noticed our large breakfast selection, we love to offer our guests a great choice! We hope that you will return in the future. « hide

I do apologize that you did not like the food at the hotel...We have some new staff aboard and they are still be trained, which could be the reason for the wrong receipts. We are preparing for summer so that the desk can have plenty of very well trained agents. Please contact the hotel if you still need receipts, we are more than happy to help. I am sorry that your key cards were not working during your stay, unfortunately sometimes they are very easily deactivated if they are put next to car keys, phones, and certain credit cards. There is a house phone in the middle of every floor for you in case you get to your room and they keys do not work, that way we can bring them to you. I hope you reported the spiders that you saw; my front desk does not seem to recall any complaints... I am sorry about the hot water, we did have some problems with the heater shutting off but we did pay close attention to it, and resolved the issue as quickly as we could. As far as the maid service, we have a strict policy that is on the weekly contract stating that when you are a weekly guest you will receive maid service once a week because you are paying a very low rate. Otherwise rooms are cleaned each day unless a do not disturb sign is hanging. Even though you do not get maid service each day we do have supplies up front in case you need more towels, or soap, etc. I hope you were finally able to resolve your billing concern, if not please give us a call. I am so very sorry that your family was disturbed by the people exiting the bar. I understand that you were in town for a major event and it's upsetting that after the experience you had that you're going elsewhere next year. Please call the hotel at your earliest convenience and speak with the sales department manager on this stay. I really hope after speaking with us you will attempt to give us another opportunity next year. We were having some problems with the hot water and the issues were addressed and fixed as quickly as possible. We enjoy having your group at the Ramada Plaza Denver-Central. « hide
