“Potentially the worst stay at a Ramada ever...”

We paid full price for the room, didn't use a deal site like Priceline or Hotwire. Terrible service and there were multiple excuses as to why there was no shuttle, even though it's advertised as being available 24. When we were able to get ahold of the shuttle, they sounded like they were high. No professionalism at all. Trying to give them directions to where we were was a nightmare and finally we gave up and took a cab. When we went down to eat dinner in the resturuant they only had one server and she was running around trying to service about 7 tables, and doing a terrible job of it. Finally the "GM" came in and helped to clean tables, but that was little help, especially when your food is cold, salad soggy, and the shrimp on my salad was like a hunk of bike tire. Appears that they don't know how to schedule employees. Our room was clean enough, although there was a dust spot on the sheets, and there's no way you could have paid me to use the shower. They had one of those nasty bath mats, and it looked like it hadn't been run through a washer or bleached in quite some time. Get with the times...those things are NASTY!
