“Poor customer service”

I have stayed here before and had a bad experience then. I was hoping for a better one this time. This hotel is the host hotel for a few Bodybuilding shows I attend each year in Denver. As soon as we arrived to check in the front desk lady did not even greet us. She just stood there and waited for me to ask. Can we check in. She immediately had a poor attitude towards. She didnt ask any questions or tell us any information about our stay. She asked for i.d. Gave us our rooms keys and said here ya go.. She didnt even direct us to our room. I was pretty shocked at this. As this happened the previous time I had stayed here. Our room was clean and nice though. But every time I called to the front desk for a question they never answered. I had to go down there each time for anything and still got a rude response from the same girl. We were supposed to have a room available with a microwave and she stated. Ya. Not happening. So I asked if they had one we could use,, she had an attitude right away and said. You guys will just have to use the one in the vending room. Overall the hotel was decent. Nice room. Nice staff other than the few front desk girls. But I we probably never stay there again even if it hosts an event. I'd much rather spend the extra money somewhere else and get treated like a guest rather than a burden. I am we'll known figure in the bodybuilding world and I will put my review on all of my social media websites to share as I feel this is not how competitors should be treated. I was told by many others they received the same horrible service.
