“Horrible”; Dec 16, 2012 Jeffrey N, Greeley; It took three trips to the front counter to get a key card that worked then once in the room the bathroom floor was soaked tried to sleep in a bed that smelled of bo then couldn't take a shower because the water wouldn't turn on

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that you didn't have a good experience at our hotel. Unfortunately, the key cards that we have can become deactivated very easily by cell phones and some credit cards. We are working on a new system with the keys. At any point in time that you are on the floor of your room, there is a house phone you can pick up and call down and we will gladly bring you new keys. I hope that our staff was able to move you rooms right after you walked into the one that was not ready. Again, I am sorry your stay was horrible, please consider giving us another chance to show you that you can come to the Ramada and have a wonderful experience. « hide
