“Felt like a Prison from movies!!”

  , West Lafayette
"Horrible". Feels like a prison when you go in, there are halide lamps in narrow corridors which reminded me of prison scenes from many movies, There are homeless people everywhere, who seem to be having meetings on couches. The toiletries were already used, shampoo was leaking through the cap, even the bath soap was already used and then carefully packed back. It was so noisy, I could not sleep all night. There were people coming and going all night long and I could hear each of them through paper thin walls. The bed was decent but I was so scared and disillusioned that I could hardly relax. I could have spent 80 bucks somewhere else and get a decent hotel. Also, regarding room reservation, when I called in to reserve my room, the executive said there was no double bed room. I checked online and I could easily reserve one double bed room. He was trying to sell me a higher priced room.
