“Disappointed, lost customer”

Service was sub-par; front desk staff did not greet me upon arrival, and were rude throughout check-in process. Days later, front-desk personnel did not want to assist me in locating breakfast area. Next day I returned at 4:00 p.m. to find my room had never been cleaned or serviced. At check-out I explained I was on a business trip and needed all incidentals separated out for payment with a personal card, and only the room itself charged to business card. However I later realized the receptionist left a convenience store charge. When I called to have the charge adjusted, "Heather" was not friendly, interrupted me, faxed over an insufficient document, and was sarcastic and belittling when I called to point out her fax error. I was there for an entire week stay, in a king jacuzzi suite, and yet was consistently treated as bothersome. Though the pricing and location was great, and I do travel to the Denver area frequently for business purposes, I will NOT be staying there again. I'll return to the Hilton, where customer service is excellent.
