“Wedding Family”; Mar 07, 2013 Jennifer A, New Milford; One elevator was broke the whole time of my stay. The printer needed a new cartridge. The rest of the stay was good.

Here at the Ramada Plaza we encourage our guests to give us feedback on what they see needs improvement, so we can fix the problem as soon as possible. I apologize for the inconvenience for only having one elevator in service. We are currently in the process of completely rebuilding that one elevator. By the time you come back to visit us again, both elevators will be up and running.We look forward to seeing you again! « hide
