“Police Bang”

  , Rapid City
On Friday night at 1:30am the hotel phone rang with a female voice asking for Kary. I responded they had the wrong room. At 1:35am there was a loud banging on the door demanding we open the door. My wife asked who it was and the reply was NorthglennPolice. My wife was hesitant to open the door, not knowing for sure who it was. It was the police and my wife had to produce ID. It was obvious that the Police had not checked at the hotel Desk.. There was no apology made and we were the registered guest of record in the room. Needless to say my wife and I were very unhappy and thinking the Hotel owed us a free night; however, it was not the hotel's fault. But rather very poor police work and stupidity.
