“Not so good this time!”

We have been staying with you guys every other week for a night and it is usually pretty good but this last time on the 18th it wasn't so great! I called and made a reservation and was transfered from reservations to the hotel direct to see about getting the best rate. When making my reservation with the hotel I was put on hold for 15 minutes i ended up hanging up and having to call back. I made my reservation for a King Smoking room it was not available which i understand so they set me up with a king non smoking on the 6th floor. Upon arrival and check-in they had moved me to a room on the first floor. I went t o my room to find they had changed me to a room with two queens so i had to back to the front desk to have it fixed and was then put in a Handicap Accessible room. At this point i just decided it was fine..... However the room that we were in the AC didn't work and the Headboard or what should be a headboard and attached to the wall was not attached and fell off waking us up at 2am!! Like I said I stay with you guys every other week, I got married in your hotel, we have had many services with you guys and this time it just turned out horrible!!
