“Boo to the front desk (again)”

We stay at the Ramada Denver North whenever we are in town because of the location, the rooms are clean and comfortable and it's convenient to have a restaurant in the building. The front desk staff, however, leave much to be desired. I don't think they are intelligent enough to realize that we CHOOSE to stay at the Ramada and have the ability to spend our money WHEREVER we want. The front desk staff are RUDE and CONDESCENDING. There is no name listed under "Manager on Duty," so who do you speak with? Is anyone even managing this group? We have been treated rudely on two separate occasions now, so I am not willing to say that it was just a fluke. We like to stay at Ramada and Holiday Inn hotels. We have NEVER been treated poorly at any Holiday Inn.So, Ramada Denver North, fix your front desk issue or we will never stay at any of your hotels in the future.The only positive staff interaction was when I spoke with the reservations representative. He was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. In addition to the poor staff experience, we could not get the internet to work. We were unable to accept the terms of use on either our mobile devices or laptops. The front desk was, of course, unable to assist with this matter.
