“no one home!”

I arrived late at 1:00am. I had prepaid for my room. When arriving the lobby was completely empty. There was a hand written note telling me to dial "0" for assistance. The note also read " stay here only if you speak English"--offensive! Anyway, I dialed "0" with no answer repeatedly. I banged on the office door. I did everything reasonable for 50 minutes to get someone to check me in. I finally went outside ready to sleep in my car. As I walked to my car, I passed a office where someone was passed out sitting at their desk. I knocked on the door hoping it was an employee. It was the owner-- drunk. I followed him back to the lobby to check in. He offered me a drink to try and make it right. Are you kidding!Not professional and not what I would expect at Ramada.
