“Giving it 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Hotel is in filthy disrepair.”

  , Vallejo
This hotel is filthy. In the room, the sheets were so old they were threadbare. The room was musty and caused us to cough and sneeze. Upon looking at the A/C unit, they had put a couple of dryer sheets over the filter, I would guess to try to make the room smell better, but it wasn't working. Wifi was supposed to be included; but it never worked. The staff said they would re-set the router, but that didn't work. The staff then gave the excuse that no on else was reporting problems and made no further attempt to resolve the issue. That wasn't helpful as we still never had use of the service we needed to get our work done remotely. We are very tech-savvy people, if we couldn't get it to work, no one could. The desk made no offer of solution, just excuses. The tv was old and the picture was fuzzy. The key routinely stopped working and we had to go have it re-keyed at the desk multiple times. The clerk at the desk said it was a common problem of the door forgetting the programming for the key, but made no offer of any solution beyond us continuing to go down repeatedly for re-keying. Went down to breakfast, and the floor was filthy, looked like it was mopped with mud. There was a refrigerator with hard boiled eggs, many of which were smashed as if they had been dropped on the floor, but were there to be served anyway. We didn't take a chance of eating there. Overall I would never go back and would recommend no one ever stay there. At almost $70/night, this place is a serious rip-off; I wouldn't stay again if it was free. Usually I connect Ramada with a quality stay, but this place does not meet their standard. I have no idea why they bought it; the only thing it would be good for is to bulldoze it and rebuild.
