“This time was dissappointing!”

I have stayed at this Ramada many times, as the location is convenient, associated with travel needs of my job. This time was dissappointing! The toilet would not flush and there was no light switch capability (the plate was broken away from its base) for a light over the sink and mirror, so preparing for my work day was very frustrating. Also the bed had a huge depression in the mattres, very odd and not comfortable. I do not understand why rooms with these deficiencies are not noted by housekeeping staff and thus not given to customers without repairs being done. If I had not been so tired and in need of sleep, I would have asked for a different room. This is poor maintenance and customer service......
