“Horrendous!”

  , Tampa
Filthy. Furniture in disrepair, hole in the sheets, dirt and crumbs under the beds, tub wouldn't drain, hair in and on the sink, roaches, first set of towels smelled awful. The only nice thing was the nice view of the boats outside the balcony, but wait, the sliding glass doors were too filthy to see out of. I stayed 4 nights to attend a training and asked them from day 1 to change my sheets and unclog the tub drain; needless to say neither got done. Asked for an extra blanket and they said they ran out but they had something in the back room that someone had left (are you kidding?) turns out it was a shower curtain (I just listened to this exchange taking place and figured the candid cameras were going to come out any second). Several people told me they stayed the first night and immediately secured other lodging for the remainder of the training. I should have done the same but , hey, had plenty of sitcom type stories to tell when I got back home. Btw in case it's not obvious never again! Made a hotel 8 seem like the Ritz.
