“Upon checkout at front desk, I mentioned that there was a...”

Upon checkout at front desk, I mentioned that there was a potential fire hazard in the room that we stayed in to the lady at the desk. She immediately called Larry and handed the phone to me to explain the problem to him. He said, "I'll head there immediately to take a look." A short time after we had left, I received a voice mail on my cell phone from Larry. I was surprised that he had bothered to call. He stated that he had the problem fixed and was calling to let me know and thanked me for bringing it to his attention.I am extremely impressed with how promptly Larry handled the problem and that he bothered as a courtesy to get my number from the front desk to call and follow-up. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and have never had this experience.I appreciate Larry's professionalism and "above and beyond" approach. He is certainly an invaluable asset to Ramada for addressing a potential fire hazard faster than anyone would. He could have saved hundreds of lives and millions of dollars in damage. Good Job Larry!! Keep it up!!!
