“Customer Service issues”

We were only in town for 2 nights. When we arrived to the hotel, we upgraded to 2 queen beds instead of 2 double bed. When we arrived at te first room the bathroom was not cleaned. We immediately contact the manager who was irritated because in his words " I had to come back to deal with this" and who also promptly blamed the previous guest for the bathroom being dirty. The next room we were given was just next door with the same amount of issues. By that time the manager was gone and we had to deal with the fact that only 1 set of plugs actually worked. The next morning we woke up for a unfamilar face. A set of roaches were walking across the floor like we bothered them. At that time we contacted the front desk again and were advised there was nothing that could be done and we had to wait until the manager comes back in. We then had to contact the wyndam customer care office directly who finally were able to get us moved to another room... All in all I wont stay again
