“Friendly and helpful staff”

  , Huntington Beach
Describe the service you experienced: Staff was very friendly and helpful to make my stay an enjoyable one.Tell us how you liked the room: The room was smaller that what I am accustomed to, but since I am of small stature it was not a problem. I did pick up a brown spot on one of my socks. Hate to think of what it was. Also there was a small brown stain on the shower curtain. Sigh! Hot water would run out from time to time. Air conditioning worked well.Talk about the location & amenities: Location was good for Comic-Con. Car traffic is normally impossible during the Con but I was able leave and return with relative ease. Say what you liked best & least: I liked the ninth floor room I received as I was able to take pictures of the city through the window view. There is also an observation deck on the 10th floor as well. The television, despite being flat screen was older in technology and not very sharp. Also the wifi was not very reliable. I had to call in a problem on my first morning. The tech support person told me that I was the first person in months to complain about the wifi. She rebooted the router and it worked for a day and a half. Then it was down again. Someone else must have placed a call as the wifi was working again in a few hours. Then it went down again the next day. I ended up using up my fast cellphone data MB as I didn't want to stay on the phone with support again. Television I can live with as I was there for Comic-Con. Wifi was a problem as I had to do a lot of photo file transfers between my cellphone, laptop and my cloudserver. Please look into the router problem.
