“We were unpleasantly surprised about what a dump this hotel...”

- We were unpleasantly surprised about what a dump this hotel was. The rooms were clean, but the hallways carpets should have been replaced 10 years ago. Many things didn't work in the room, or were missing, including towels, telephone, wifi, lightbulbs, chair. The only high point was that the front desk staff tried her best to rectify the problems,by switching us to a different room, where at least the wifi worked. The heater, on a very cold night, was noisy enough to wake the dead. The next door occupants' light shone in our room and the TV, though not loud, was just as loud as if it had been in our room.
