“Poor noise Management”

We arrived early at property and checked in with manager who was helpful with getting are information and parking voucher. We came down to do a beach cruise ride from Redondo to Venice Beach. Location is ideal close to Redondo Pier with restaurants & Shops. The rooms were clean but the beds are hard as a rock and the air conditioning unit was very loud also a huge gap in the door. We had the worst night of ever sleeping at a motel due to a soccer team partying all night until 2:30am in the courtyard. Had called the front desk but nothing was done about the noise. Next morning went down to front desk at 7:30am to talk with manager she was aware of what went on and wanted to reimburse us for the stay so I went to give her the credit card and she said no they already had it and she would take care of it. So far their has been no adjustment to our card.
