“You don't want to stay here.”

My husband and I have stayed at Ramada hotels many times, but this was the worst experience we have ever had. The night clerk at the front desk upon arrival was not friendly at all and seemed very put out that we were there. It was 109 to 113 degrees outside and the first night the A/C did not work in the room. The toilet seat was falling off and the toilet did not flush properly. The room was not cleaned thoroughly. There were not enough towels.The day clerk at the front desk didn't seem surprised at the trouble we had with our room but also seemed put out that we were bothering her. Although she changed our room the new room was no better. She also seemed bothered that we asked for additional towels. When we went to our new room our key card didn't work so I went back down to the front desk and the clerk sent a housekeeping employee to help me. The employee said that things there had gotten so bad it was embarrassing to tell anyone that she worked there. This was just another clue that it was a mistake to stay there. We will not be staying here again.
