“Cudos”; Feb 28, 2013 Bruce T, Kelso; room very quiet. minor glitches taken care of immediately. Still working the bugs out of the new DirecTV system (turning the bathroom light/fan switch on or off SOMETIMES caused the TV to flicker off but did not cause a reboot of the klutzy DirecTV system! Weird!A piece of steel was sticking out a couple of inches under the box springs - wife hit shin on it - painful but only a bruise. Caused by spring/mattress being slid over to gain access to wall power receptacle. Not reported to staff because weekend staff on duty at the time.
