“Terrible Hotel”; Nov 27, 2012 Frank R, Murphy; Carpet was stained, lamps did not work properly, wall lamps askew, lid missing from coffee pot, holes in the walls needed to be patched and painted, wi-fi was intermittent and very slow. Worst Ramada I have ever stayed in. Will never stay in another Ramada.

I would like to take this opportunity to apologize for your unpleasant experience as a guest at our hotel. We sincerely apologize for the substandard condition of your room. We take great pride in our high standards of cleanliness. Unfortunately, you experienced a very busy week where we obviously overlooked many issues and did not meet those standards. If you notified the front desk, we would have been more than happy to change your room or correct any of those problems.
